Who can you treat?

Anyone and everyone is welcome! As this treatment is gentle to the touch, it is ideal for all ages.
 

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

  1. This is a full body remedial technique. I can practice on skin or light clothing.

  2. Please make sure you drink more water than what you would do normally. Before and after the treatment.

  3. Try and make sure you’re as active as possible throughout the day (get up and walk around every 30 min if you don’t have an active day)

  4. Between every few moves there will be a break for your body to process the work that has been done.

  5. Relax

What should I expect from my first session?

Mindfulness and relaxation.A course of three treatments is initially recommended and then regular maintenance treatments after that.

Can I mix treatments?

It is strongly advised that you do not mix Bowen with any other remedial work such as: Reflexology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy,Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture. We don’t want to overload the body with information.

What can expect after the treatment?

Some things you may experience, not always the case, however perfectly normal for your body to respond in this way:

  • Thirsty and hungry

  • Sleeping well

  • Tiredness

  • Hot and cold flushes

  • Headaches

  • Mood changes

  • Body aches and pains

     

    Make sure to drink lots of water and to continue to move.
